Attachments are available in FedConnect, Public Opportunities, reference # P14PS02077. *There is a.PDF version of this RFQ available in FedConnect, Public Opportunities, reference number P14PS02077.* This is a RFQ for commercial construction prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 & 5.2, and as supplemented with additional information included here. For the sake of easy reading, we will refer to the National Park Service as Us,We or Park Service, and interested bidders as You / Your. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses under applicable NAICS codes, including, but not limited to 238990, 332321, 423310, 444190, 444110. Although the projected magnitude of this project is below $25000, we are posting this RFQ on Federal Business Opportunities and FedConnect to encourage small business participation. The company which accomplishes this contract must have a current System for Award Management (SAM, www.SAM.gov) record, and the SAM record must indicate that the entity is considered a small business under the applicable NAICS codes. The vendor to which this contract is awarded must also be registered in, and submit invoices through, the Invoice Processing Platform (www.IPP.gov). The resulting award will be a firm fixed-priced contract for construction; the purchase order will match the quote, your invoices must match the purchase order. You must provide any corrections or quote modifications by the bid due date. The anticipated award date for this contract is 04 September 2014. The anticipated start date is 14 calendar days from award, with a 30-day period of performance. Keep in mind that Arizona is not a tax-exempt state for retail sales to the federal government. Email Kim: KimberleyRobinson@nps.gov. SCOPE OF WORK The delivered and installed product must be accessible in accordance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS). Standards issued under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) address access to buildings and sites nationwide in new construction and alterations. Similar standards apply to building and sites funded by the federal government under the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA). Work includes removing and disposing of existing doors and hardware.
