- M0026314T0007 SF1449 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00263-14-T-0007 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Source Selection procedures are in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 and DFARS Publication 20140828. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot- Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for exchange cable (PE-89) and Optical Fiber (72 count fiber). This solicitation is unrestricted, and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 335929. All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF 1449 M0026314T0007 attached to this synopsis. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their proposals in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors provided in the attached Section L of the SF1449. The Government award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for the technical acceptability factor as outlined in Section M of the attached SF1449. It is the intent of the Government to issue one award; however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards. Any offer, modification, revision, or withdrawal of an offer received at the Government office designated in the solicitation after the exact time specified for receipt of offers is "late" in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). Please send email to the primary point of contact and copy the secondary point of contact listed below. The written submission must arrive by the stated deadline in order for a proposal to be considered complete and to be evaluated. Failure of any portion of the proposal to arrive by the stated deadline will result in rejection of the entire proposal. Note: Offerors submitting via email must ensure that attachments do not exceed 5 MB; offerors with attachments larger than 5 MB must split their response into multiple emails to meet the 5 MB attachment limitation. In addition,.zip files will be filtered and removed by the MCRDPI firewall. Offerors must rename the.zip file or send in an alternate format. Offerors may submit via the Safe Access File Exchange (SAFE): https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/ When uploading a file to the SAFE system, ensure that the solicitation number is included in the description of the file.
