Description

Requirment SYNOPSIS: NOTICE: THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. The intent of this notice is to inform any potential offerors of a proposed contract action. This proposed procurement is for items which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than September 11, 2014 5:00AM Chamarrow. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. 36 CONS, Andersen AFB, Guam intends to award a sole source contract to Unify. based on FAR 13.106(b) Soliciting from a Single Source. The purpose of this procurement is to provide a warranty for Siemens systems from 18 Aug 2014 - 31 Dec 2015. Requirements under this contract (please see attachment) by Unify.
