- The 414th Contracting Support Brigade in Vicenza, Italy is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support requirements for any of the supplies and services listed below. The location of performance is in the country of Gabon in and around the Libreville region and the period of performance will be between the months on or about 01 December 2014 thru 30 December 2014. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is provided to the right of the requirement.
