This specials notice is to acknowledge that Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Computer Projects of Illinois Inc (CPI). at 2232 Newport Drive Naperville, Illinois 60565 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one source. The proposed acquisition is to purchase Annual Maintenance for NOMS, Maintenance IBM. Computer Projects of Illinois Inc is the only known distributor of the software maintenance. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to Computer Projects of Illinois Inc (CPI). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 519190. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government. Contracting Officer Address: Naval Criminal Investigative Service Quantico, VA 22134.
