- ***Amendment 001*** This modification is to revise the issue date to 9/02/2014 and the closing date to 9/17/2014. PR 0050779266 for NSN 1560-01-337-4648, The Boeing Company (Cage: 76301), P/N 75A321123-1026, FAIRING,AIRCRAFT. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Export Control applies. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 7 each, Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin and Delivery 315 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). The issue date is on or around 8/22/2014 and the closing date is on or around 9/08/2014.
