- FA4809-14-T-0032 Fitness Equipment Maintenance Work consists of providing all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools and except for major electronic part failures all normal wear and parts items necessary to perform preventative maintenance and repairs to exercise equipment at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base Fitness Center as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). All preventative maintenance shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Contractor will provide service checks/maintenance to adjust, lubricate, diagnose, tighten, repair and accomplish manufacturer's recommend internal cleaning of equipment listed on the attached listing of gym equipment. All work to be in accordance with the specifications in the Statement of Work and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811490 and the applicable size standard is $7,500,000.00 It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 02 Sept 2014 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
