Description

HOMELESS DENTAL ANNOUCEMENT The VA Medical Center, 1400 Black Horse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320 has a requirement for Homeless Dental Services (NAICS 339116). The Coatesville VAMC seeks to contract with a dental laboratory to provide partial and full denture services in support of our homeless veteran population. Services provided need to be of high quality, efficient, and cost effective. Completed Acrylic and full and partial dentures. It is estimated that these services would be required for approximately 125 to 175 partial and 125 to 175 full denture cases annually. Contract potential is for base period of one year (on or about October 1, 2014) with four one-year options (contracts are subject to the availability of funds). Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Interested parties are required to submit prices and clear and convincing data sustaining their qualifications to satisfy this service. Offers are due by close of business 9/26/2014 and shall be mailed to the Contracting Officer (542/90C); VA Medical Center; 1400 Black Horse Hill Road; Coatesville, PA 19320. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished. All requests for additional information must be in writing. Telephone request will not be accepted. Electronic offers will not be accepted.
