The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 11 Contracting Office, Ann Arbor, Michigan anticipates the award of a firm fixed price contract for an evidence based, interactive yoga program with an emphasis on pain management for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit, Michigan, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit Michigan 48201.The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 621399, small business size standard $7.5 million dollars. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. The period of contract award starting 1 October 2014 to 30 September 2015 with one (1) option years. The request for proposal (RFP) solicitation (VA251-14-R-0485) will be issued on or about September 3, 2014. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential bidders must register at FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information.
