- The unrestricted solicitation is issued under FAR 13.5 under PR number 1000028222 to establish an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). NAICS is 336320; SB size is 750 employees for the following 7 NSNs. NSN Item Estimated Annual Demand 6250 011276263 Adaptor, Lampholder 117 EA 6220 011794488 Lens, Light 139 EA 6220 011803703 Lens, Light 1253 EA 6250 012077238 Holder, Lampholder 224 EA 6220 014924781 Light, Thunderstorm 61EA 6220 014924786 Light, Thunderstorm 52 EA 6220 014996677 Lens, Light 645 EA "Sole Source Items,"Control Products (CAGE 27520). DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for these NSNs and are not a critical application. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) shown above. The Guaranteed Minimum value will be determined in accordance with the following formula: 10% of the aggregate extended dollar value of the Estimated Annual Demand for the NSN (base period only). There will be a one-year base with four one-year options, for a total of five years. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable.
