- RFQ HSFLGL-15--Q-00008 This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation HSFLGL-15-Q- 00008 is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 and small business size standard of $11.0 employees. This requirement is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. The Government will award a single firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. Description The DHS Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) has a requirement for Guest Lecturer services in Law Enforcement Supervisors Leadership Training Program (LESLTP). Eight-hour lecture in course titled "Managing the Federal Employee Discipline and Performance Process". CLASS AUDIENCE: Provide Federal Labor Relations law training to federal, state, and local law enforcement officers. Period of Performance: Base Year and One (1) Option Year Base Year - 10/1/2014-09/30/2015 Fiscal Year (FY) 15 Schedule of Program Dates LESLTP - 10/28/2014 -11/06/2014 LESLTP -01/06/2015 - 01/15/2015 LESLTP - 02/03/2015 - 02/12/2015 LESLTP -02/24/2015 - 03/05/2015 LESLTP - 03/24/2015 - 04/02/2015 LESLTP - 04/14/2015 - 04/23/2015 LESLTP - 06/16/2015 - 06/25/2015 LESLTP -07/07/2015 - 07/16/2015 LESLTP - 08/18/2015 - 08/27/2015 LESLTP - 09/15/2015 - 09/24/2015 1st Option Year - 10/1/2015- 09/30/2016 - Ten (10) training programs with class dates TBD See attachment RFQ for full details and requirements with all applicable provisions and clauses.
