Description
*** SOURCES SOUGHT *** THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to identify potential sources, specifically if this effort can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333318 which has a corresponding Size Standard of 500 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is intending to award solely off of a HubZone certified GSA schedule for this requirement. Interested businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns will be considered. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar products offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. This Sources Sought is to notify companies that the U. S. Air Force, Andersen, Guam, is seeking sources for the procurement of one (1) Wash Platform to include installation, training, and warrantee. Sample characteristics of the required items: Galvanized 18' x 35' above ground wash rack with shovel trough. Main Components: - 100% galvanized including all rack and wall components - 16' clear canopy - 2' wide mud/ solids trough settling system with grating - RTS 3000 wash water filtration system packaged in 20' ISO container o Pre-plumbed and pre-wired only requiring an electrical connection to the main disconnect o Aluminum skinned, insulated walls o Power Distribution System, Breaker panel inside of container o Ventilation and heater System for climate control. o Automatic rain start, due to the heavy rain in Guam system includes a rain sensor for automatic rain water collection when raining. Rain water is processed and stored in roof mounted 2500 gallon tank for reuse. This limits the amount of base water needed to operate the system. Must be able to recycle 100% of wash water. o 100% Stainless steel settling tank. Multi chamber 12 gauge 304 stainless steel settling and oil separation module including inclined plate for solids settling and separation, sloped settling chamber to direct settled solids to automatic purge valve. o 450 gallon capacity to allow long dwell time. o Includes stainless steel screens to capture floating debris. Includes built in air compressor for valve operation. - 1 ea 3000 PSI hot water pressure washer with stainless hose hook o Completely integrated into 20' ISO, includes PLF pump and all controls o Adjustable downstream low pressure chemical injector o 140 degree F. heal sensor in bypass for pump protection o Automatic start via trigger pull and automatic timer shutoff to prevent pump damage o Controlled at wash bay at included stainless steel remote control panel - Heavy Duty Galvanized 18' x 25' wash area with ramps (drive thru configuration), 2 perpendicular cleanout troughs - Rack can support up to 125,000lb aircraft tug - Surface is 4 way safety plate, grit coated deck high traction non-slip surface, containing no trip hazards. - Low profile deck, 8" maximum height which enhances operator safety, allows for a low break over point - Galvanized l6' wide continuous Drive on ramps and Drive Off Rams Contractor must be available for regular scheduled maintenance and be able to fix/ replace any defective parts within a reasonable amount of time that does not impact mission capabilities. If a commercial warrantee will cover the afore scheduled maintenance, it is requested to include a breakdown of the maintenance to be completed. The contractor shall be capable of furnishing the required items directly to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
