- Solicitation for NSN 4810-014543053 / PR 0054190110, Transdigm Inc part number: 517500-103, Valve, Solenoid. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This is a sole source item. The only approved source for this item is Transdigm Inc (CAGE: 96124). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 8 each. Configuration control applies. The required delivery schedule is 266 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFQ. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Quote (RFQ)" under the Solicitations heading.
