- Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Special Notice Original Set Aside: N/A Set Aside: N/A Classification Code: J070 NAICS Code: 811219 Synopsis: Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to award a sole-source contract to for the following services: Technical Innovation - Maintenance and repair of Video Wall and all of its components Description: Salient Attributes: Signal Command Theater requires a continuation of a maintenance contract of our Operations Center Video Wall. This wall helps the OPS CTR keep situational awareness of the health and welfare of the CONUS Network for the Commander of the 7th SC(T). Service and Maintenance Agreement Bi-annual Preventative Maintenance Service Calls Provide on-site labor to perform prescheduled routine cleaning, adjustments and alignments Provide on-site labor to perform alignments or adjustments to restore optimum system performance {Please see attached Terms & Conditions for any exclusions.) Unscheduled I Emergency Calls Within 8 business hours, provide on-site troubleshooting to localize and diagnose faults within Provide on-site labor to correct problems resulting from poor external conditions, incorrect hook-up,etc. Provide on-site labor to perform alignments or adjustments to restore optimum system performance Parts and Shop Service Provide shop labor for diagnosis and repair of faulty equipment. This notice is issued for maximizing competition. If no affirmative written responses are received by 8:00 am, Friday August 29, 2014, an award will be made without further notice.
