Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation W91YU0-14-T-0242, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 423450 (Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers), Size standard is 100 Employees. This RFQ is being issued as Firm Fixed Price, 100% Small-Business Set Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. These items/supplies are for use at Bassett Army Community Hospital, FT Wainwright, AK.
