Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 1 requires multi-parameter water quality instruments, probes, and accessories to be used for real-time monitoring buoys and water quality studies. Water quality studies include: accurate profiling of the water column: long term deployment and spot checking in the field. The equipment will be used in all water resource types throughout New England. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The Government may contact Offerors to clarify information to better understand their quotes or to request infor mation that appears to be inadvertently omitted. This a Brand Name requirement for YSI EXO water quality instruments, probes, and accessories.
