- The US Army Medical Command has a requirement for a CA-620 Cost per Test Lease. The Government intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, 1717 Deerfield Ave., Deerfield IL 60015. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses(s) may be made via email: include company name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their products, past performance information, price and preventative maintenance.
