MODIFICATION NOTICE:Bids are being solicited under solicitation number W9124P-14-R-0010. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.If your company can provide the product/services listed on the solicitation and comply with all of the solicitation instructions, please respond to this notice. GSA Schedule Bids Only: Sellers bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items requested on an existing GSA Schedule. The Schedule must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's Schedule. Sellers must not bid more than their applicable contract ceiling price, excluding the FedBid Fee, for contract-specific items. If FedBid receives notice that, due to inclusion of the FedBid Fee, the Selected Bid's line item pricing is higher than the Selected Seller's applicable published government contract pricing, the FedBid Fee will be reduced to ensure the Selected Bid's line item pricing does not exceed the Selected Seller's applicable contract pricing. Sellers may offer Open Market items only in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of their respective GSA Schedule AND upon approval from the soliciting Contracting Officer. The RSA - Redstone Arsenal requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Matching fabric panel and metal workstations (cubicles) with the following requirements: (1) L-Shaped laminate workstation with curved 90 degree corner (24in/48in/66in/24in approximate dimension) and a connecting rectangular (24in/48in) work-surface. (2) Tower-Open Side Wardrobe with storage shelves. (3) Tack-board panel system for each workstation. (4) Pedestal-fixed (drawer/file/file), flush steel front, 22 5/8in D x 15in W x 27in H, with file drawer accessories (pencil tray & file folder rails-pulls). (5) Pedestal-fixed, 2 file, flush steel front, 22 5/8in D x 15in W x 27in H, with file drawer accessories (file folder rails-pulls). (6) Two overhead storage cabinets (24in x 48in) with doors and task-lighting. (7) Core and key locks for all storage compartments. (8) Matching mid-back cushioned desk chair at each individual workstation with the following minimum specifications: Imitation black leather comfortable, ergonomic, cushioned seat and back, black color, caster wheels, multi-adjustable, with arms. (9) Wastebasket., 38, EA; LI 002: 4-legged task guest chairs with the following minimum specifications: Comfortable, ergonomic, imitation black leather upholstered, cushioned seat, and with arms., 56, EA; LI 003: U-shaped executive desk workstation constructed of quality Cherry wood grain material with the following minimum requirements and approximate dimensions (see enclosed furniture layout design): (1) Bridge Unit at 20in W x 49in L. (2) Lower Credenza 20in W x 68in L with one 2 drawer file-file. (3) Upper Credenza 68in L x 53.5in H, with 2 wood cabinet doors & shelves. (4) Ergonomic attached slide in & out keyboard w/mouse tray. (5) Matching bookcase with 4 shelves at 33in x 16in approximate dimensions. (6) Matching mid-back cushioned desk chair at each individual workstation with the following minimum specifications: Imitation black leather comfortable, ergonomic, cushioned seat and back, black color, caster wheels, multi-adjustable, with arms. (7) Wastebasket, 5, EA; LI 004: Matching quality desk workstation with the following minimum requirements and approximate dimensions (see enclosed furniture layout design): (1) Desk Unit at 36in W x 72in L with one 3 drawer box-box-file. (2) Matching mid-back cushioned desk chair at each individual workstation with the following minimum specifications: Imitation leather comfortable, ergonomic, cushioned seat and back, black color, caster wheels, multi-adjustable, with arms. (3) Wastebasket, 2, EA; LI 005: Matching quality round conference table 42in approximate diameter, 2, EA; LI 006: Folding rectangular conference tables conducive to conference room area (see furniture layout) that will accomodate 19 conference table chairs. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, RSA - Redstone Arsenal intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. RSA - Redstone Arsenal is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids.All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
