Description

NOTE: The purpose of this amendment is to include the required Nuclear Medicine Isotopes, the Statement of Work, and the contact information for the Contracting Officer. This is a Source Sought Notice representing a market research survey and is not a Request for Quotation. NO SOLICITATION DOUMENTS EXIST AT THIS TIME. This Notice is to assist the VA in determining sources. Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Hub-zone, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged and Woman-Owned Small Business are encouraged to participate. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Information received from a contractor in response to this Sources Sought may be used in creating a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fayetteville VA Health Care System, 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR has a requirement for a qualified and responsible firm established in business to furnish Nuclear Medicine Isotopes (See Attachment 1 - Price Schedule for Estimated Usage). The requirement requires daily deliveries as well as emergency deliveries when required (See Attachment 2 - Statement of Work). The period of performance will be October 1, 2014 through 30 September 2015. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 325412 with a SBA Size Standard of 750 in number of employees. Responses to this notice must be received via email to Arlene A. Blade, Contracting Officer, at arlene.blade@va.gov no later than August 27, 2014 at 4:00 PM CDT for consideration.
