Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with U B Foundation Activities, Inc dba University of Buffalo Foundation for the following services: Functional Independence Measure Certification/Credentialing on VA Spinal Cord Injury Centers. NAICS 923110 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide Functional Independence Measure Certification/Credentialing on VA Spinal Cord Injury Centers. Responses must be received no later than 3:30 pm PST, on 25 Aug 2014. All responses must be e-mailed to Ross.Byrne@va.gov
