- SPE4A7-14-R-2228 for PR 0052916574 / NSN 1615-00-463-7088 Damper, Assembly, Stability for UH-1 Helicopter. This is a Firm Fixed Firm Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 111 each. This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1B. This definite quantity PR was generated to meet current needs and backorders. This requirement was initially solicited as a simplified procurement under solicitation number SPE4A714TD466 as the estimated value was under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). However quotes received in response to the Solicitation was priced well over the SAT; therefore it has to be solicited as a formal procurement. The Solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside using Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. This item is in accordance with Basic Drawing NR 97499 204-010-937, Revision NR AB DTD 11/26/13 Part Number 204-010-937-009 with approved sources; United Value Company (0TR84) P/N: SGT520-5, Logical Support LLC (55064) P/N: 2020H-9, Parker Hannifin Corporation (92013) P/N: SGT520-5 and Bell Helicopter Textron, INC (97499), P/N: 204-010-937-009. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer. Configuration Control is required. Terms are stipulated as FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. First Destination Transportation applies. The delivery objective was based on knowledge of the vendor, the item, and the procurement history which is 210 days ARO. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
