Description

M00681-14-T-0083 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, The attached solicitation M00681-14-T-0083 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as unrestricted. This solicitation is for Copier maintenance. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DPN 20140129. All responses to this RFQ are due by 29 August 2014, 5:00 PM PST. Late Offers/Responses will not be considered. The Government will award a Firm Fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offer whose offer, conforming to the solicitation represents the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. Quoters responding to this announcement must provide the information contained in 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their quotation. Or quoters may complete the Offeror Representations and Certifications on line and certify in their quotation that they have done so. Additionally, the quoter is required to provide their Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number. Quoters must be registered as "Active" in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. For information on registering with SAM, visit: www.sam.gov. Quoters are advised that they are responsible for ensuring that their quotations have been received prior to the expiration date and time of this solicitation. Any quotations received later than the closing date and time or with missing information requested in this solicitation, will not be considered for award and will be considered as "non-responsive". The contractor receiving the award will be required to utilize the Wide Area Work Flow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) for invoicing, and can self-register at: https://wawf.eb.mil.
