- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Upgrade Break room in Building # 206, Tower Barracks, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr, Germany. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Magnitude of Work: $5,000 and $15,000. The performance period is 60 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 10 calendar days is included. The solicitation will be available at following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. Work is to be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
