- Description
- The U.S. Army has a requirement to provide labor, material and equipment necessary to renovate approximately 4,200 square feet in the basement of building 45 located at the Soldier Systems Center, Kansas Street, Natick Massachusetts 01760. The renovation work includes, but is not limited to: 1) Dismantle and remove all existing systems furniture within area to be renovated. 2) Construct and install all new walls, ceilings, finishes, which includes lighting, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. 3) Installation of all the new mechanical, electrical, data (except LAN) and safety/fire alarm systems in areas to be renovated. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Small business size is $33.5 million. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The site visit will be determined at the time the request for quote release. Work will be performed at the Soldier System Center, Kansas Street. Natick Massachusetts 01760. The period of performance is one hundred and twenty days. This requirement is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. The request for quote will be made available on the webpage on or about 22 May, 2014.
