- For custom cut foam for toolbox shadowing BLK-YEL KRL22. In addition to the custom cut foam, additional tools will be purchased for specialized jobs to be stored in already purchased Snap-On toolboxes. Said tools and custom foam cutouts belong to Snap-On tool kits that are already owned by the government. These tool kits have drawers need shadow-type cutouts for each tool. The referenced manufacturer is the manufacturer of the tools & tool boxes. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. All qualified sources must respond in writing not later than 10:00 AM, August 28th, 2014.
