- Clauses Scope of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 2014-75259 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the following requirement: Preventative Maintenance for 2 Parker Balston Nitrogen Generators. Period of Performance: 09/01/2014 - 08/31/2015 Service Address: 1600 Clifton Road NE Atlanta, GA 30329 This award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. To be technically acceptable, the item quoted must be per the SOW. The quote should provide a price for CLIN 0001 Model LCM30-1, Serial Code 10LN0187 and CLIN 0002 Model LCMS30-1, Serial Code 10LN0185 separately. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet at website http://farsite.hill.af.mil. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76 (July 25, 2014). This acquisition is set aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811219 and the small business size standard is $19M. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing to the successful offeror.
