Small Business Set-Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business
Description: The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department intends to acquire 1920 hours (160 per month, 640 per quarter) of computer operator services who will provide administrative support of the NADAP Program mission and Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO) alcohol and drug abuse program initiatives. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act. The applicable labor category is Occupation Code 14044, Title Computer Operator IV, rate of $23.14 from the Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2005-2495 Revision 17. This is a notice of intent to request competitive quotations. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded as a result of this quotation. The resultant order will be one year segregated into four quarters with a base period of three months and three option periods of three months each. Options may be exercised at the Government 冱 discretion. The performance period will begin on 01 October 2014 through 30 September 2015 if all the options are exercised. This requirement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The PSC code is R410, The NAICS code is 541519, SBA Size is $27.5 M. Past Performance will be evaluated. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. A shorter solicitation period will be applied in accordance with FAR 5.203. Contractor registration in the System for Award Management is required for all vendors doing business with DOD and can be obtained at www.sam.gov.
