Description
Delineated area General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Portions of Methuen, Lawrence, North Andover Delineated Area: Beginning at the intersection of I-93 and Route 213 in Methuen (POB); continue east on Route 213 to intersection with I495; north-east on I-495 to intersection with Route 125 Connector; south-east on Route 125 Connector to intersection with Route 125; south-west on Route 125 to intersection with Route 133; continue south, then west on Route 133 to intersection with I-93; north on I-93 to Route 113/N. Lowell Street; north on Hill Street to intersection with Forest Street; east on forest Street to intersection with I-93; north on I-93 to POB. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,390 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,609 Space Type: Office or Flex Parking Spaces (Total): A minimum of sixteen (16) on-site spaces consisting of eleven (11) secure spaces for Government Official Vehicles and a minimum of five (5) additional non-reserved spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): Per code Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 11 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: · Space shall be contiguous on one floor. · Entrances to offered building may not be within 1,000 feet minimum (line of sight) of drug-free zones surrounding a school/park or day care.
