- Description
- The US Fish & Wildlife Service, Mid-Columbia River National Wildlife Refuge Complex, has a requirement for the supply of herbicides, to maintain bare ground of selected roads and firebreaks and to assist in maintenance and rehabilitation of native habitats within the complex. The solicitation number is F14PS01180 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-73. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325320 with a small business standard of 500 employees. This requirement is 100% Total Set-aside for small business and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The description of items and clauses incorporated in this synopsis/solicitation are applicable to this procurement and will be incorporated into any resultant purchase order. CLIN 001 Herbicide for Mid-Columbia NWR Total Price: $_______ (Must be able to meet all required items and delivery dates in SOW) Quotes must remain valid for 30 calendar days. *********************************************************************** The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote is conforming to the statement of work and represents the most advantageous to the Government. The Government will evaluate quotes for award purposes, considering the evaluation factor of price and ability to delivery required items and within specific time frames. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial items, applies to the acquisition; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the list representations and certifications; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-34.
