- This event is in its 8th year and provides an opportunity for networking and training in all levels of government contracting. Representatives from federal facilities and programs, from the SBA and the GSA, from DoD and other federal, state, local and tribal agencies will be on hand to answer questions regarding business opportunities. Prime contractors will also be present and exhibiting. The ICBS also provides a matchmaking event that brings companies face to face with agency representatives for a quick overview of capabilities. This is one way agencies are introduced to potential new vendors. Sign up for the matchmaking will be on site on August 26 with the sessions held on August 27. The ICBS is an outreach and training event of Oklahoma's two Procurement Technical Assistance Centers, the Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network (OBAN) and the Tribal Government Institute (TGI).
