This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation VA251-14-Q-0600 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. No telephone requests will be accepted. Only written requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 238210 and the business size standard is $14 million. Requestors shall state their business size on their proposal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the contracting officer. Offers shall be submitted to Jeff Ridenour, Contracting Specialist, at jeffery.ridenour@va.gov no later than Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 3:00PM, EST.
