- Amendment No. 001 is issued to provide clarification to Paragraph 3.2 of the Statement of Work. See attached and amended documents. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under the solicitation number FA5215-14-T-0022, Computed Radiography (CR) Imaging System. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76 as of 25 Jul 2014, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20140805 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2014-0421. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 334517, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. SEE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION INCLUDING AMENDMENT AND AMENDED ATTACHMENTS. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing by 20 Aug 14, no later than 3:00 PM HST to ensure Government has ample response time and still allow timely submittals of proposals.
