Description

The El Paso VA Medical Center, located at 5001 N. Piedras Street, El Paso, TX, 79930 has a requirement for the maintenance and repair therein of the following: 28 GI Video Endoscopes (Models CF-H180AL, GIF-H180, GIF-H180J, GIF-N180, PCF-H180AL, and PCF-Q180AL ) as well as 2 Specialty Scopes (CYF-V2) - via the Department of Veterans Affairs. Services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work of the resultant solicitation. The anticipated Period of Performance for these services is Base + 1 Option years (i.e., commencing on November 1, 2014). The intent is a sole source contract to Olympus America Inc. dba Medical Systems Group, 3500 Corporate Pkwy, Center Valley, PA 18034-8229, which will result in a fixed-price service contract. The FSS-Request for Quote (RFQ) number is VA258-14-Q-0865. The applicable NAICS code is 339112 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. When issued, the solicitation will be only available only by downloading from the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/ using GSA e-Buy. The estimated issue date is on/about September 8, 2014, and the anticipated closing date is September 29, 2014 at 3:00 PM Central Standard Time.
