Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation VA251-14-Q-0608 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 334519. This is a large business and not a set aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the contracting officer. Requested Items: The purpose of the product is to provide two (2) CADD Legacy Pumps. The product is in support of the Pharmacy Department at the Ann Arbor VA. Items will be shipped to the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
