- This is a Source Sought Notice representing a market research survey and is not a Request for Quotation. NO SOLICITATION DOUMENTS EXIST AT THIS TIME. This Notice is to assist the VA in determining sources. Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Hub-zone, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged and Woman-Owned Small Business are encouraged to participate. This Sources Sought Market Survey is seeking to identify Offerors able to provide a wide range of radiopharmaceutical supplies on a repetitive and emergency (same day delivery) basis to the Amarillo VA Healthcare System located at 6010 Amarillo Boulevard West, Amarillo, Texas 79106. Below is a listing of radiopharmaceuticals that would be ordered: Contractor to provide Radiopharmaceutical products as listed herein, as requested by authorized VA Staff, in accordance with Pubic Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153 in order to support the Amarillo VA Healthcare System, 6010 Amarillo Boulevard West, 79106. In the event that the requirements may be determined in advance, a longer delivery time will be scheduled accordingly. Contractor must be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and be regularly established in the business of providing and transporting radiopharmaceuticals. NAICS Code 325412 is proposed for this acquisition and small business size standard is 750 employees. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
