Description

Mental Health Day Treatment & Homeless Veterans Center Construction Services for Project #570-217 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for a General Construction Contractor for the project to Construct New Mental Health Day Treatment & Homeless Veterans Center at the VA Central California Health Care System located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, California. Work shall include demolition, removal and disposal of existing structures and construction of a new building. This Request for Proposal will be a total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will only be accepted from qualified Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about August 19, 2014. The solicitation will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit is scheduled to be held on August 25, 2014 at the Fresno facility from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Please confirm exact location, date, and time in the solicitation. This conference is highly recommended. Estimated project cost is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
