Description: The Contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, equipment, labor transportation, and supervision necessary to fabricate and install interior signage for Building 500 - Rehabilitation Center. A)Scope of Work: The intent of this scope of work is to select a contractor who shall provide complete fabrication and construction installation of interior signs for this project as outlined below and as articulated in the construction documents and specifications attached herein. This work shall include, but is not limited to room identification signs, department signs, directory boards, floor identification, code signage and door graphics. B)In order for safe on-site sign installation; all employees of contractor or subcontractors shall have the 10-hour OSHA certified Construction Safety course and /or other relevant competency training, as determined by VA CP with input from the ICRA team. C)Design Schedule and Completion: Complete fabrication and installation for the Project within 120 days from "Notice to Proceed" (NTP). D)You MUST submit a sample of sign type "IN-300.2" ROOM ID AN DESCRIPTION as soon as possible, but no later than the proposal due date. Please see the attached RFP document with specifications and attachments.
