- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will provide construction support services for projects administered primarily by the U.S. Army Engineer District Alaska. Services shall include all labor, management, equipment, tools materials (other than those to be furnished by the Government) and other items and services necessary to perform quality assurance (QA) and contract administration services for humanitarian assistance projects throughout Nepal.
