- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is soliciting quotes for the purchase and delivery of Replacement Trunnion Pins and Trunnion Bushing Parts for One Tainter Gate at the Chippewa Diversion Dam, located in Watson, MN. The replacement pins and bushing parts should meet the specifications as stated in the Scope of Work (SOW) which is a separate attachment. Solicitation number W912ES-14-T-0100 is issued as a 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Line Item 0001 is for the Grand Total dollar amount for Line Items 0001AA and 0001AB. Line Item 0001AA is for purchase and delivery of 2 each Pin Bushing Parts. Mark Number: MK 48/3-3. Required Material: Self-Lubricated Composite. WT/EA. (LB): 25. Line Item 0001AB is for purchase delivery of 2 each Trunnion Pins. Mark Number: MK 48/3-4. Required Material: UNS S17400. WT/EA (LB): 69. Please read attached enclosed Scope of Work (SOW) carefully. Contractors must quote on and provide all items listed in the Scope of Work. The replacement parts must be delivered no later than 29 AUG 2014. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS code is 332721 with a size standard of 500 employees. Offeror must be registered in the new System for Award Management (SAM) database at website www.sam.gov prior to award. This new website takes the place of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). There is no charge to register in SAM. A determination by the Government not to award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. All quotes must be inclusive of all labor, materials, and freight. No additional costs will be enumerated after award.
