- PR No: 0054670716. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an F-16 Predisposition Kit. This solicitation is for award of a definite quantity contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 6635-01-616-9528 for 33 Kits. Approved Source: United Western Technologies Corp., CAGE 51294, Part Number 99950 Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 120 days ARO. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about August 29, 2014. The anticipated award date is September 30, 2014. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This kit will include Government Furnished Materials. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS on or about August 29, 2014 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the RFP you wish to download. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. All documentation pertaining to the Kit and its components will be posted on the FTP site once the solicitation is posted.
