- Quantities and Salient Features This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. AG-82D7-S-14-0020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 337214 with a size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract is 100 percent set aside for small business. All interested companies are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ as soon as possible. Failure to register in SAM may result in a determination of ineligibility for award. All responses must be received by 5:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (EDT) on 21 August 2014. CONTRACT: White River National forest Supervisor's Office Chairs This requirement is for brand name or equal products pursuant to FAR Subpart 11.104. A detailed list of the salient features are specified in attachment one (1) to this solicitation. Offerors shall include prices and descriptive literature containing sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet this requirement. Only written responses will be considered. Offerors must specify ability to deliver no later than 15 December 2014, but the offeror must specify the latest date that the Government will have the option to extend the delivery date without incurring additional cost to the order. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation lowest priced, technically acceptable with a neutral or positive past performance evaluation. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in the offerors quote being determined unacceptable.
