- The contractor shall provide support of the SSI Increment 11 Special Safety Study package development and associated reviews. Support of the review will include hosting the review and conducting lab tours as directed by the Increment Lead. The review is planned to be held at GDAIS in Pittsfield MA in the 1st calendar quarter of 2015. Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) Pittsfield, MA. GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the United States and United Kingdom TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.
