- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of all qualified Small Business Administration (SBA) businesses to include : certified: 8(a), HUBZone and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, women owned small business firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 314120 CURTAIN and LINEN MILLS. The United States Army Garrison, West Point, NY 10996 requires 70 Custom fabric curtains, 60-60 inch rods,10- 72 inch Rods, with removal of wood doors and installation of tracks, hardware and curtains. Door curtains shall be cubicle curtain style with grommets; Fabric: FR solid or tone on tone to be selected from fabric samples to be submitted by Contractor Colors: Dark Beige or Light Blues Size: 72 quote mark W x 74 quote mark L; Colors: Dark Beige or Light Blues Size: 96 quote mark W X 74 quote mark L; Sizes shown are overall finished sizes shown are overall finished sizes. Interested sources are requested to submit an email showing how they can meet the existing requirement. Sources must sufficiently demonstrate the capability to supply and or meet this requirement. Please include in your response the following information: Company Name, DUNS and or Cage codes, small business type i.e. HUBZone, 8a, WOSB ETC. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by using the sources sought number W911SD-14-T-CURT in the subject line of their email.
