Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Major Projects Section (ACTIVATION) in Palo Alto, California, has a requirement for one vehicle demonstration unit or "equal to". This lift demo unit will be utilized at the new VA Palo Alto Polytrauma and Blind Rehabilitation Center. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333318, which has a corresponding size standard of 1,000 employees. This is 100% set aside for small business. The award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), responsible quote. To be technically acceptable the products quoted shall be BRAND NAME or EQUAL to Bruno (various product numbers) and each additional item shall be comparable to what is offered with the Bruno system. Installation: Final installation schedule is dependent upon the construction schedule and may be adjusted. Currently all equipment shall be installed no sooner than (NST) May 1, 2015 and no later than (NLT) May 31, 2015. On-site Training after installation: Activation schedule is dependent upon the construction schedule and may be adjusted. Initial on-site training is expected to be completed during installation. See the Statement of Objective and Salient Characteristics are provided in the attached SF-1449.
