Description

RFP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Strategic Systems Programs has a requirement for Audio Visual and Teleconference Maintenance Support Services. To be eligible for evaluation of the proposal submitted in response to this solicitation, the contractor or their representative must attend the mandatory Site Visit at Strategic Systems Programs, Washington DC, scheduled for August 21, 2014 at 8:45 am. Contractor personnel will be required to be escorted by SSP personnel while in SSP spaces. An organized site visit has been scheduled for the following location: Strategic Systems Programs, Washington Navy Yard, DC, on 21 August 2014 at 8:45 a.m. Participants will meet at the Washington Navy Yard Visitor Center, O Street Gate, Bldg 126 no later than 8:15 am. All site visit attendees shall provide written notification to Beverly Mayes: Beverly.Mayes@ssp.navy.mil not later than 20 August 2014 by 11:00 a.m. (EST). A limit of three people per company may attend the site visit. Offerors shall provide Ms. Mayes with the name, title, and contact information and possess a valid Driver's License. See the attached Combined Synopsis & Solicitation and associated Statement of Work for additional information on this requirement. The close date for this solicitation is 5 September 2014 @ 3:00pm EST.
