Description
NASA/GSFC has a requirement for a Trace Gas Analyzer for simultaneous measurement of C02, CO, CH4, and H20. Instrument will be used for carbon science measurements requiring high sensitivity knowledge of all 4 gases from a single air sample. The Trace Gas Analyzer needs to be capable of measuring all four trace gases (carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, methane and water vapor in a single package with sufficient sensitivity at short integration times. All four gases shall be measured by a single device (with single gas collection pathways).Shall be field portable, self-contained/operated with no additional computer connections beyond that needed for data download, and operating on 110-120V AC power.Shall operate and meet specifications without reference gas(the capability to employ a reference gas for lab use is desirable.Required sensitivity with sample at atmospheric pressure and using less than 10 minutes integration time: C02 (carbon dioxide) < 100ppb (range 0-450 ppm) C0 (carbon monoxide < 5 ppb (range 0-2 ppm) CH4 (methane) < 2 ppb (range 0-15 ppm) H20 (water vapor) < 100 ppb (range 0-5%v at 25 C and ambient pressure).Delivery time ARO is significant with a need date of October 1, 2014 for use in IRAD Project.Delivery time ARO is significant with a need date of October 1, 2014 for use in IRAD project This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
