- (i) This is an award notice for commercial items acquired in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) This action results from a Small Business Set-aside. (iii) This award incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. (iv) The corresponding NAICS code is 423490, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (v) List of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure - Please see attached Line Item Listing. (vi) Description of Requirement - The DHHS, a medical supply and pharmaceutical depot, has a need for sodium hypochlorite disinfectant wipes for DHHS inventory at the SSC, Perry Point, Maryland in support of other federal government agencies in CONUS and OCONUS. (vii) Delivery and all services shall be performed at the DHHS, SSC, Perry Point. 'Clorox' wipes, 60/cn, 12 cn/cs; 360 cs at $100.99/cs (viii) This action was deemed a Set-Aside, advertised on GSA eBuy as such and two small businesses expressed interest. Upon price comparison, A A Gloves and Safety, 20 Richey Ave, West Collingswood, NJ 08107 was found to offer the lowest price.
