Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs; VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, located in Los Angeles, CA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with RAND Corporation, 1776 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401 for the purchase of services for evaluations and manuscripts for publication for a project related to Patient Care. The government plans to make an award for this requirement to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C. 253(1). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A RQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation documentation is available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
