Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-14-R-0202 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish bronze niche markers with inscriptions to destinations within the United States and its territories from October 1, 2014 through 30 September 2015 with 3 one year options if exercised by the Government. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is unrestricted for full and open competition. The NAICS Code is 331523. Size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliver the completed product to the cemetery within twenty (20) calendar days from the date the order was issued by Memorial Program Services (MPS). Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov on or around August 11, 2014. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., August 29, 2014. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov.
