Generator Annual Preventative Maintenance 1.The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center requires an annual preventative maintenance to be performed on all generators, to include the following equipment: 1. Caterpillar 500 kw Generator Ser.#FTE01164 2. Caterpillar 500 kw Generator Ser. # 38S10616 3. Caterpillar 600 kw Generator Ser. # 6MA01039 4. Caterpillar 600 kw Generator Ser. # 6MA01038 5. Caterpillar 1000 kw Generator Engine Model C32 6. Caterpillar 1000 kw Generator Engine Model C32 7. Diesel fire water pump 8. Fuel samples to the following fuel tanks: 2 ea. 15000 gallon above ground tanks 2 ea. 25000 gallon underground tanks 1 ea. 6000 gallon underground tank PM Procedures are as follows: All PM's are an Annual, 1 time PM each and to be performed simultaneous to all generators within the same period as will be discussed with COR. PM's to be scheduled by Vendor with COR within 2 weeks of award. ****SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR DETAILS*****
